6 Self Care Products that Are Also Good for Others

Self care is all the rage these days, and honestly should have been for a very long time. How are you supposed to take care of others if you don’t take care of yourself? But doesn’t the sound of taking care of yourself while taking care of others sound pretty darn good? Sounds like the ultimate goal to me. Tatcha

Tatcha was born from its founder, Victoria Tsai’s, chance encounter with a modern-day Geisha in Japan. Victoria learned that her foundation is effective and simple, rooted in a trio of natural and powerful nutrients – green tea, rice, and algae. What’s even better than Tatcha’s naturally derived products is their promise to give back. Every single Tatcha purchase would help fund girls’ education through Room to Read. With every purchase you make from Tatcha, they donate a day of school to girls in Asia and Africa. Since inception of their Beautiful Faces, Beautiful Futures program, 2 million days of school have been funded.

  3. Lots of good ideas for taking care of ourselves. So many times, we put ourselves last in the long list that we have in our heads every day. What about us? Hopefully, we take the time and care about ourselves too.

  4. I’ve been meaning to start trying Tatcha, I keep hearing great reviews. I had no idea they had such a cool origin, and that they also give back! And thanks for bringing the other brands on my radar, I’ll be looking into them.
